They asked Serif to help them determine how best to tell their story—their legacy—to employees and patients to catalyze a whole region. We worked with the marketing and leadership teams to understand the details of the message they wanted to share.

We created a visual look that bridged three core pillars that highlight Genesis HealthCare’s new strategic plan—Innovation, Patient Care, and Expertise. We used color theory and different camera angles to help create a subtone that captures each theme. Ultimately, we wanted to build trust through positive emotions around Genesis HealthCare System.
Crafting emotive narratives was important to the launch of Genesis’ new community promise. Opening a new chapter on innovative investments, staff, and doctors confirms their commitment was equally important to building the community’s trust throughout the campaign.
