After working through a messaging and strategy summit, we began to not only apply these technologies to Feazel’s service offering, but we also mapped out how they could be packaged into a more hassle-free estimate process.
This close collaboration between business, tech, and creative led to the birth of Robyn, your own virtual roofing guide from Feazel. Building out a visual look and feel for Robyn, while also defining how customers could experience Robyn as their concierge for the estimate process, was a very exciting journey.
