Driven builds stronger communities through nonprofit outreach, social enterprises, and motivational speaking. To create deeper connections with its community, Driven needed a site that represents its unique impact in each space. Keeping Driven’s diverse audiences at the forefront of our strategy, we built an all new website rooted in simplicity.
By defining the needs of each audience and the impact they have on the community, we built a site that leads users to action with design.
In order to respond to multifaceted and always-evolving needs, Driven becomes a part of each community it serves. To reflect this authenticity, we designed an identity that is clean, bold, and human. Inspired by the way Driven founders Roy Hall and Antonio Smith leverage their football careers as a platform to give back, the tone strikes a balance between aspirational and empathetic, allowing the hope and emotion behind the brand to shine through.

From the start, we found users were struggling to find information, resulting in fragmented online experiences. So we focused on simplicity. The new interface layers in interactive features that offer simple yet immersive experiences, intuitively guiding users through the site to the content they care about and ways to get involved.
Driven is active in the community and constantly collecting new footage and feedback from events. Our site provides a way for Driven to showcase its content in bold ways, keeping the brand elevated through ownable, repeatable design patterns. Built with quick-turn needs in mind, we designed templates in the site’s backend to empower the Driven team to easily spin up new pages without needing a developer.
With the breadth of complexity and variety to the Driven Foundation’s offerings, it was our aim to cut away anything inessential to the design of the site. From the interface to the color palette, clarity was our guiding star. With a lean, elegant platform to build on, Driven can move forward, empowered to reach and serve their many audiences.
